Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.

Also contained in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying different parts of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
